Design Process:

  1. Fill out a form / Purchase your item you’d like to buy.

  2. Please allow me about 24 - 72 hours to respond.

  3. Initial draft design is provided to Client from CM Creations for review/adjustments and/or approval. This process may occur a few times for final approval. Keep in mind that the quicker you provide feedback and changes, the quicker the design process will be.

  4. Invoice for full quoted amounts is insured to Clients. (<$100 full payment due, >$100 50% payment due)

  5. Work Commences on the project - please note that the project does not start until payment is received.

  6. Make your project.

  7. CM Creations requests Invoice remainder to be arranged and paid by Client.

  8. Once payment is received by CM Creations, postage or pick up is arranged.


Turn Around Time

Here at CM Creations, we are a one woman show. Due to being on my own, I am limited with how many projects and orders I can take. Which means our lead time and turnaround times can often change.

Our current turnaround time for most projects, from deposit payment to finalizing your project is 3-4 weeks. Please note that if you do add on to your order there will be a delay on your original order as I will finish it all together.

Please note, as soon as deposit or full payment is received for your project or order, we schedule you in for our next availability. This means that if we can start your project sooner, we absolutely will.

If you have an event in 2023 or early 2024, we recommend locking in your date as soon as possible.

I understand that some of you have experienced faster delivery during a quieter period. However, please keep in mind that this might not always be the case for all orders, as circumstances can change.

If needed before that time frame a 30% rush fee will be added to your invoice.

Made to order and Handmade:

All our products are made to order. Due to the handmade nature of each item, please note that each item may vary from piece to piece.

PLEASE NOTE: During sale and holiday periods, we ask that you please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery due to the high volume of orders.


Returns/Refund

We do no accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once your custom order has been made or is in the process of being made (including creating drafts), these items may not qualify for a refund or cancellation. This is because custom orders are personalized and not pre-made.

Depending on how far along we are with your order, we require a cancellation fee of up to $50 for the time spent on your order. Since custom orders are paid up front, your cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid, and your remaining payment will be refunded back to you using your method of payment.

If there's been a mistake on our part, such as a misspelling or an error in your personalized order, please reach out to us right away. Send a photo showing the issue, and we'll happily remake your item at no extra charge.
